Shilu ANA taxi booking app has positions open for two technical support representatives. Both positions require a B.S. in computer science or information technology. The closing date for applications is May 18. 2020 . Interested persons should submit an application with a resume and a cover letter to Shilu ANA office at Malakia, City Mall building first floor.
Technical support representatives provide telephone and on-line assistance to users and drivers.
Duties include:
– Excellent communication skills with a commitment to understanding customer requirements as well as business objectives
-Problem solving skills to revise existing systems and suggest improvements
– handling telephone inquiries
– handling Shilu ANA Application
– monitoring drivers movement

– Age from 25 to 40
– South Sudanese
– Speaking Arabic and English

– Solid interpersonal skills
– No experience required
Working time:
From 7 Am to late
15 days per month only
We are working during weekend and public holydays
25 days annual leave (paid)
